  How can I easy create my disk space usage reports of my storage devices and
what type of report formats availble?

You can create graphical and text file reports of the disk space usage and/or file system snapshots. Graphical reports can be created using disk space bar chart or pie chart component. Text File Reports can be created using Disk Report tool.

  Can I create reports automatically?
 
Yes you can use batch mode feature to create text file reports automatically and or track directory size data in the silent mode.
 
   My CSV report is not correctly displayed in MS Excell, what I'm doing wrong?
 
By Default Disk Space Inpector implements ";" delimeter symbol for CSV reports,

but you can that setting either using Disk Report or change your OS settings.
